Large companies rely heavily on accurate and precise administration systems to ensure total product quality Management (PQM).  The resources that are required to run and maintain such systems usually far outweigh the potential benefits that can be offered to small & medium sized companies or independant departments in larger companies.  Economies of scale simply make those systems unviable.  The need however still remains for administration processes and procedures.

P3Projects systems, projects and services specialise in creating light weight administration systems for the resource restricted company or department.  Our experience in this field is based and derived from our expertise in working within the constraints often only found within a project environment.  Projects rarely have unlimited resources, always have deadlines and are therefore usually forced to compromise in some form to realise deliverables within budget and time constraints.

In addition, we understand that answers to administration systems do not start with the word “software”.  We have many processes internal to P3Projects that are paper and hand driven.  We refrain from electronic automation unless there is a real need.
