Adhering to the development philosophy of using Tour Operator practices wherever possible it seemed natural to use the communication tools at the disposal of users to facilitate support:

  • E-mail
  • Skype
  • Telephone (as a last resort).

Using these tools the Builder was designed so that all elements could be sent via e-mail or Skype.  Simple and straightforward with the "how to" support knowledge already in the hands of the users.

This approach eliminated the need for additional resources to facilitate call logging, central contact points at your end or remote links into your system.

Day to Day Support

G

Communication usually starts with a Skype chat.  If this does not render the solution within a minute or two then we request that the workbook with the problem be sent to us.  Once received and opened we automatically have a mirror image of your system.  It therefore becomes very easy and efficient for us to see what the problem is.  A Skype message or return e-mail with corrective action usually solves the problem.  If the issue is more complicated then we can take corrective action our end, save the workbook and mail it back.  Re-insert the workbook and problem solved.  80% of all issues are resolved in under 30 minutes.
