The dBuilder is a user-friendly, light-weight system with respect to hardware, software and user prerequisites. It does not require expensive hardware purchases or upgrades in order to operate.
If are using Microsoft Office 2007 or later then you already have what you need to run the dBuiler.
The dBuilder offers all the normal functionality that you expect from "off-the-shelf" stand alone and/or server based database administrative products.
